Ben Parks is the director of State Legislative Affairs. His primary responsibility is lobbying members of the state Senate, House of Representatives, and Governors Office on legislative issues affecting agri-business. A graduate of St. Lawrence University (B.A.), Woodrow Wilson College of Law (J.D.), and Harvard University (M.P.A.), Parks previously worked as a legislative aide to Congressmen Skip Bafalis and Claude Pepper, and Sen. Lawton Chiles. Before coming to Farm Bureau in 1988, Ben also lobbied for two non-profit private property associations in Washington, D.C.
