Ray Hodge is coordinator of National Affairs. His primary duty is to assist Farm Bureau members with lobbying efforts at the national level. Ray is responsible for coordination the annual Washington trip, congressional staff tours, FB ACT (Florida Farm Bureau's national lobbying program) and FED PAC fund-raising/distribution. He also serves as the conduit between Farm Bureau members and Florida's 25 Congressional offices.
Employed in the Agricultural Policy Division, Ray works with the following commodity committees: sugar, dairy, and peanuts/field crops.
Ray graduated from the University of Florida and is an alumnus of the Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity. Prior to employment at Farm Bureau, Ray served as an aide to state Sen. Charles Williams for six years and as an aide to state Rep. Janegale Boyd for one year. He lives on the family farm in Suwannee County. You can reach him at (352) 374-1544.
