Producing winning quarter horses
Ranch succeeds in a unique equine
niche
Bill Benham first learned about the quarter
horse business from his father, Ben. Since the late 1980s, Bill has managed
the family's horse ranch in Lake County and the beef cattle operation in
Osceola County. He has become perhaps the largest quarter horse breeder
in the Sunshine State. Although the last sanctioned quarter horse race track
closed in Florida nearly a decade ago, Benham has remained successful as
a member of the national industry. |
